32Scout is an independent football networking, recruitment support, and business consultancy platform designed to facilitate introductions between clubs, licensed football agencies, and players. Unless expressly stated and permitted under applicable law, 32Scout does not provide regulated football agent services, does not represent players, clubs or coaches, and does not negotiate employment contracts, transfer agreements or other regulated football transactions on behalf of any party.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and for ensuring that all information, profiles, photographs, videos and documents uploaded to the platform are accurate, lawful and either owned by them or uploaded with the necessary permissions. Agencies further warrant that they have the authority to publish player information on behalf of the players they represent.

While 32Scout may take reasonable steps to verify profiles using publicly available sources, verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a user's identity, sporting ability, contractual status or eligibility, and users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

32Scout acts solely as a facilitator of introductions between consenting parties, and all commercial discussions, negotiations, employment contracts, transfer agreements and other legal arrangements are conducted directly between the relevant parties or through their authorised licensed representatives. Registration or use of the platform does not guarantee recruitment, trials, contracts, transfers or employment opportunities.

Certain services may be subject to fees as published on the Services page, and consultancy services are considered delivered once the agreed service has been performed. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Users agree not to upload false or misleading information, impersonate others, publish content without permission, infringe intellectual property rights, harass other users, or use the platform in violation of applicable laws or football regulations.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload while granting 32Scout a non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote such content for recruitment purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 32Scout is provided on an "as is" basis and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or from introductions made through it.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and 32Scout reserves the right to suspend or remove any account or content that breaches these Terms or may compromise the integrity of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 32Scout is established, unless otherwise required by applicable law, and any disputes should first be resolved through good faith negotiations before legal proceedings are initiated.
